By accessing or using BrickHorse ("we," "our," or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BrickHorse provides a platform for designing and ordering custom-printed tiles compatible with LEGO bricks. We print your custom designs onto real tiles and ship them to you.
3. Accounts
You may create an account to save designs and track orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable shipping fees.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate our content policy.
5. Custom Designs and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any original artwork you upload. By uploading content, you represent that you have the right to use it and grant us a limited license to print and fulfill your order.
You may not upload content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing infringing content.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not submit designs that contain:
- Hateful, violent, or discriminatory content
- Obscene or sexually explicit material
- Content that promotes illegal activity
- Copyrighted or trademarked material without proper authorization
7. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrickHorse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
