Refund & Return Policy

Custom Products
Because all BrickHorse products are custom-printed to your specifications, we generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. Each tile is made to order based on your design.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from your approved design, we will:
- Replace the affected items at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund for the affected items
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
Wrong Item or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or items are missing from your order, contact us and we will ship the correct items at no charge.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet begun. After production starts, cancellation is not possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
